You need a copy of your prescription to order Rx glasses online. If you do not have a copy of your prescription available, please visit your eye care professional who will be able to provide that for you including your pupillary distance (PD). How long will it take to receive my prescription eyeglasses?

Prescription orders take up to 21 business days to process from time of initial order. Orders will ship from our optical lab in Southern California using one of the three major carriers: UPS, USPS or Fedex. International orders may take longer due to local government and customs processing.

What does it mean if my prescription is ‘out of range’?

If you receive an ‘out of range’ message, we are unable to process your request because the prescription falls outside the limitations of our lens shape. Ranges vary by style. If your prescription is not within range for our custom program, we may not be able to accommodate your order at this time.
